General provisions

  1. The administrator of personal data collected through the http:// wwww.https://hrlove.pl/ website is 0, , e-mail: kontakt@hrlove.pl , hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”.
  2. The Controller takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are:
    1. processed lawfully, including in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation – hereinafter: GDPR)
    2. collected for designated, lawful purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
    3. substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that allows identification of the persons they concern, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

Rules of the functioning of the service

  1. In accordance with the accepted practice of most WWW services, the Administrator stores HTTP queries addressed to the server. The viewed resources are identified by URLs.  The exact list of information stored in the WWW server log files is as follows:
  2. the public IP address of the computer from which the query came (this can be directly the user’s computer)
  3. client station name – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol, if possible,
  4. user name provided in the authorization process,
  5. time of request,
  6. first line of HTTP request,
  7. http response code,
  8. number of bytes sent by the server,
  9. the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the transition to the website took place by reference, the following,
  10. information about the user’s browser,
  11. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF COLLECTING DATA CONTAINED IN „COOKIES” FILES

  1. The Administrator’s website uses „cookies” (cookies) files. Failure to change the browser settings on the user’s side is tantamount to agreeing to their use. The user can opt out of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in the browser.
  2. Installation of „cookies” files is necessary for the correct provision of services on the site. The „cookies” files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, in particular those requiring authorization.
  3. As part of the site, three types of files are used „cookies”: „sesjny”, „sale” and „analytic”.
    a) „Cookies” „session” are temporary files that are stored in the user’s terminal device until they leave the site.
    b) „Solid” files „cookies” are stored in the user’s end device for the time specified in the file parameters „cookies” or until they are deleted by the user.
    c) „Cookies” „analytic” allow you to better understand how the user interacts with the content of the site, better organize its layout. “Analityczne” „cookies” collect information about how users use the site, the type of page from which the user was redirected, and the number of visits and the time of the user’s visit to the site. This information does not record specific personal data of the user, but is used to compile statistics on the use of the website.
  4. The user has the right to decide on the access of „cookies” files to his computer by their prior choice in the window of his browser. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling „cookies” files are available in the software settings (web browser).
  5. Users of the website remain anonymous until they decide to change this state. The information contained in system logs (such as IP address) is used by the Administrator for technical purposes related to the administration of servers. In addition, IP addresses can be used to collect general, statistical demographic information. The data collected in log logs are used only for the purpose of administering the website. We do not seek to identify users.
  6. The Cookies mechanism is not used to obtain any information about website users or to track their navigation.
  7. The Administrator may process the following data characterizing the way the user uses the services provided electronically (operational data):
    a) markings identifying the termination of the telecommunications network or the teleinformatic system used by the user,
    b) information on the start, end and scope of each use of the service provided by the user electronically,
    c) information on the use of services provided by the user electronically.

GOOGLE ADWORDS AND ANALYTICS

  1. Some cookies are collected by the Administrator in order to create statistics that help to understand how portal users use websites, this makes it possible to improve their structure and content and makes it easier for users to return to the site as part of the autocomplete search windows. This applies in particular to Google Analytics and Google Adwords cookies. Google Analytics and Google Adwords are services provided by Google LLC („Google”).
  2. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, create reports on website traffic for website operators and provide other services related to website traffic and internet use, including autocomplete of search windows.
  3. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if such an obligation arises from legal provisions or if such persons process such information on behalf of Google.
  4. The information collected by these cookies is transferred to and stored by Google LLC on servers outside the European Economic Area. When transferring data outside the European Economic Area, Google LLC ensures that it is subject to certification under the EU – USA Privacy Shield program and the scope of this certification includes personal data of users https://www.privacyshield.gov/list.
  5. The information provided by Google Analytics and Google Adwords The website administrator uses only to improve the functionality and offer of the website and its own services and does not transfer them to other entities.

Final provisions

  1. The Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data being processed appropriate to the threats and categories of data covered by protection, and in particular protects data against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, taking away by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws and change, loss, damage or destruction.
  2. Users have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data that concerns them, rectify them, delete or request a restriction of their processing and the right to object to the processing, as well as, as well as the right to obtain a copy of the data and transfer them.

  4. The Administrator, as the owner of the privacy policy, reserves the right to make any changes to this document.
  5. Changes in the privacy policy apply from the moment of publishing the amended version of the privacy policy on the website.
  6. This privacy policy is effective from 1 June 2023.
